Everything is so NICE. There is also a paranormal element, but it is so unobtrusive, that I was able to pass its appearance off as mere coincidence. She never makes an appearance nor is she mentioned so I’m not sure how this book actually connects to the series. I seem to have read two books in a month where unqualified tourists are drafted to design ancient gardens and have aknt freedom to postpone all sorts of responsibilities in order to stay in luxury with wealthy homeowners. Even thought he flaws are apparent, at its core, it’s an enjoyable read.
