I believe there are answers to some of the exercises, but I believe they also have a section where you’re encouraged to chikyu your own answers. If I remember correctly, there are 10 chapters, each one based around an article. My vocabulary is pretty big because I have memorized a lot of Japanese words and I watch dorama and movies.

If you ask me, there really aren’t any good course books after the Elementary levels. Person C is iko low intermediate in their use of grammar because they took Japanese in college in the US but they never practiced speaking so their listening and speaking skills are low beginner.

I found a good book on particles so I am going to work through it. I am in America so I don’t have a lot of in person buying options for Japanese learning materials.

Are you seriously telling me that after 4 weeks of studying Japanese, their students are anywhere near my level? I would not definitely not buy it. Plus, she probably misses talking in Japanese, too, since she is now in America.
